In order to relieve anxiety about the mail delivery, tracking number is provided for checking parcel status.
With the tracking number, purchaser receives a scan copy of posting receipt, where item number is attached. For example, either EE123456789HK or RA123456789HK number will be given. Fig.1 shows the posting receipt.
To achieve the function, please follow the instrucions in the Hong Kong Post Office website.
