About the Ajinomoto Honda NSR250 90' From
1986 to 2002, World Championship Moto GP 250cc class was swept aside by
this Honda Works Machine NSR250. The NSR has won 11 maker titles, twice
4 successive victories, and has produced 5 world champions. While there
were many riders, Japanese rider Masahiro Shimizu can not be forgotten.
In 1987, he showed overwhelming strength and won the International
All-Japan Road Race 250 class. Then from 1988 to 1992, he raced in the
World Moto GP. At the 1990 U.K. Moto GP he finished 2nd. He is known as
the pioneer for present day professional Japanese riders on the Moto GP
circuit. This is the cherished bike when Shimizu competed in a 250cc
World Road Race. This is a 1/12 assembly model AJINOMOTO Honda NSR250
