All
sales are final and no returns are accepted except for defective
merchandises and incorrect shipments. All defective items and incorrect
shipments must be reported within one week of receipt of the said
merchandises. And for us to accept returning incorrect shipments,
they must still be in mint and sealed condition. Make sure to give
a brief note of the problem you are experiencing by sending us email [ dashmodel@gmail.com ] before shipping back th said products.
Receiving defective item
If
the model is defective, or missing any parts or manual, you should
ship the item back to us and we will bear the shipping fee. We will
send out the new product once we receive the said defective item(s).
Further, a shipping refund check will be sent to you along with the
replacement.
Exchanging item, after the parcel arrives
Only
defective or incorrectly shipped items may be exchanged. Item to be exchanged must still be in its original manufacturer's
packaging and in mint condition.
Shipping
charges incurred by you for postage for returning the item to us
will not be reimbursed in any way, as it is responsibility on your
part. Once we receive your returned item, we will produce an exchange
as soon as possible, so that you may enjoy your model building without
further delay.
Please
do not send any merchandise back to us for return/exchange/refund
without prior notification by e-mail or otherwise your request may
not be processed and your items may be lost. Please specify your
name, the product to be exchanged, and reason for "exchange"
in your request.
